When vkQueuePresentKHR or vkAcquireNextImageKHR return VK_SUBOPTIMAL_KHR, FramePresent will not be called because of
if (g_SwapChainRebuild)
return;
Making vkQueuePresentKHR never called and never releasing the current frame, hanging the app.
