Android CI: Remove -lsensor from CMakeLists (not available on NDK 28+)

The sensor library was renamed to libandroid_sensor.so on newer NDKs.
Upstream doesn't link it, and the example doesn't use sensors.
Fixes ld.lld: error: unable to find library -lsensor
